Ian Overton, Senior Vice President
Mr. Overton has over 20 years business experience. Prior to co-founding MAK, Allen & Day, he was Founder & Principal of Derivative Synergies Inc. (DSI) a firm whose business was providing a trading platform for single-stock index futures and exotic derivatives. Prior to DSI, Mr. Overton was Executive Vice-President for BankSoft Canada Inc., an integrated networking hardware company. Mr. Overton also previously established a software publishing company with distribution across Canada and the United States.
